Job summary

Sittercity Incorporated is seeking a reliable, organized helper to assist with light household tasks a few hours each week. This is not childcare or standard cleaning, but rather a role to reset and maintain a well-kept home.

The candidate should work independently with good judgment, handle laundry and kitchen-related tasks, and have a flexible schedule for ~5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling household tasks and small organizing projects.
• Ability to commit to approximately 5 hours per week with a consistent but flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Put away laundry and start/switch laundry as needed.
• Load/unload dishwasher and reset kitchen after use.
• Reset and tidy common areas for a general house reset.
• Occasionally vacuum and wipe down counters as needed.
• Organize kids' clothes and toys as sizes change.
• Declutter and sort household items and tackle small organization projects.
• Assist with miscellaneous household tasks as requested.

Looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive person to help with household tasks a few hours a week. This is not a childcare position and not a traditional house-cleaning job. I'm looking for someone who can come in and help get the house reset and tackle the never-ending little things that keep a household running.

• Putting away laundry
• Starting/switching laundry
• Loading/unloading dishwasher
• Resetting and tidying/General house 'reset'
• Occasional vacuuming/wiping down counters if you notice an area needs it
• Organizing kids' clothes as they grow out of/into sizes
• Going through and organizing toys
• Decluttering and sorting
• Tackling occasional organizational projects around the house
• Helping with miscellaneous household tasks as needed

I am looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and has a good eye for what needs to be done. 5 hours a week with a consistent, but flexible schedule, preferred.
