Job summary

Mercy is seeking a PRN nurse for the Love Family Women's Center, a high-paced Obstetrics and Mother Baby unit. The role covers Well Newborn care within a busy labor and delivery environment, supporting LDR, NICU-ready cases, and post-partum care with lactation consultants on site.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited nursing programs, maintain RN licensure, and are able to meet challenging physical requirements. Mercy emphasizes comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Physical ability to push/pull/lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking; grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
• NRP certification; BLS or completion within 30 days of hire; unit-specific certifications as required.
