Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated RN for a PRN position in the Love Family Women’s Center's obstetrics and mother-baby unit. The role involves high-paced patient care across labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn services, with full-time lactation support and a strong, collaborative team environment.

The unit features multiple OB/ postpartum resources and a focus on comprehensive care, safety, and family-centered delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications and meet state board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics and mother-baby care in a high-energy unit.
• Support in Well Newborn Care and Post Women's Surgical unit operations.
• Collaborate with Lactation Consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
