Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• STABLE certification must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• RN licensure is required for employment.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or RN diploma is acceptable for RN role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to protect, promote and optimize health.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ethics.
• Advocate for patients and families in the Mother Baby unit.
