Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; NRP may be required per facility guidelines.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with individualized patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and family involvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in shared governance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.
