AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL is seeking dependable RN staff for full-time day shifts. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a hospital setting.

The role offers growth through our Clinical Ladder, with potential salary increases up to 20%. Sign-on bonuses can reach up to $10k days or $20k nights, plus relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written).
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.

Responsibilities

Assess patients comprehensively and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and document in the medical record.
Monitor care plan effectiveness and ensure infection control and safety protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and families and participate in performance improvement.
Supervise and delegate tasks to the healthcare team to maintain quality care.
Respond promptly to code situations and assist as needed.
