TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing staff and coordinate patient care during the shift, delivering high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. You will collaborate with the management team to monitor performance and act as a resource for staff.

The CNC will assist with admissions/discharges, staffing, and inventory, while applying nursing strategies to improve engagement and service. ACLS/BLS timelines and RN licensure are required.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license required.
• No travel required.
• No experience required.

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of nursing care quality with the management team.
• Collaborates with experts and managers to foster teamwork and outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies to improve engagement with rounds and other initiatives.
• Recommends and implements actions for interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and policies.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management per patient needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
