This role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring proper execution of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
