Job summary

Pellissippi State Community College seeks a Title III MOSAIC Initiative Coordinator to support Pellissippi State’s strategic plan through coordinating and assessing Title III-funded programs for first-generation students. You will provide individualized success coaching, lead ambassadors, and partner with campus and community resources to ensure persistence and completion.

Reporting to the MOSAIC Program Lead and Title III Project Director, you will manage data, reporting, and program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Two years’ experience in higher education or postsecondary access.
Experience in advising, recruitment, events, or student support preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned caseload of ~200 first–generation students and provide individualized coaching.
Document outreach, coaching, referrals and actions in Navigate or designated system.
Lead MOSAIC Student Ambassadors and study-away programming.
Coordinate services with campus and community partners to support persistence and completion.
Prepare regular MOSAIC program reports and data for Title III reporting and evaluation.
Assist in implementing comprehensive first-year experience and onboarding for new students.
