Mosaic at Home Manager - Lead with Purpose, Empower Lives

As a Manager, you will oversee our Mosaic at Home and direct care contracted intermittent service lines (where applicable).


What You'll Do:



  • Lead and Mentor: Supervise, train, coach, and support Mosaic at Home Coordinators, fostering their growth and ensuring they provide exceptional service to home providers, direct care workers, individuals receiving support, and their families.

  • Drive Growth and Retention: Participate in recruitment and matching activities, focusing on retention and growth of individuals supported and home providers, meeting established goals.

  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Oversee compliance and quality of Mosaic at Home and contracted services, including adherence to contracts, service delivery, and health and safety standards.

  • Manage Contracts and Services: Oversee contract and service delivery compliance, ensuring regulatory and accreditation requirements are met. Review program plans, assessments, individual support plans, and billing documents for accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide On-Call Support: Be available to assist home providers and Coordinators as needed.

  • Contribute to Agency Growth: Participate in activities that promote agency growth and service improvement, including referrals and other opportunities.


SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, On-Call for departmental needs, which may include some evenings and weekends. Some travel required—agency vehicle or mileage reimbursement available. Position location / Training - Denison

Requirements

What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • At least three years of related work experience, including one year in a supervisory or management role

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • CPR and First Aid certification may be required

  • Valid Driver's license and commitment to Mosaic's mission

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring

  • Knowledge of behavior management, program development, and regulatory standards

  • Understanding of independent contractor regulations and contract management

  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
