You will coordinate documentation, communications, and internal processes to ensure files move smoothly through underwriting and closing, serving as a primary liaison to borrowers and partners. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely progression, and adherence to lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage loan documentation and terminology.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and document imaging.
• Understanding of mortgage compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming loan files for completeness and readiness for processing.
• Organize and maintain borrower documentation in systems and file structure.
• Communicate with borrowers and partners to obtain missing items and resolve items.
