Job summary
Beeline Loans, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mortgage Underwriter to evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with lending guidelines, risk controls, and investor requirements.
You will manage an underwriting pipeline for initial, condition, and final reviews, assess DSCR, conventional, FHA/VA/HELOC loans, and collaborate with mortgage partners to maintain loan quality.
Strong attention to detail and experience with underwriting software are essential to support accurate, timely decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience with multiple loan programs (DSCR, Conventional, FHA, VA, HELOC).
- Knowledge of credit scoring and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage an underwriting pipeline for initial, condition review, and final review of loans.
- Assess appraisals, condo documents, title work, and various income sources to ensure compliance.
- Validate accuracy between company systems and AUS.
- Evaluate self-employment income and DSCR loan details.
