Responsibilities

• The Learning Curve: Master the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac rulebooks through our specialized training program.
• The Puzzle: Analyze loan applications, credit reports, and appraisals to ensure every file tells a clear, compliant story.
• The Guardrail: Use tools like LexisNexis and MERS to hunt for risks and prevent fraud before it happens.
• The Finish Line: Work directly with broker partners to clear final conditions and get families into their new homes.
• The Strategy: Identify \"outside the box\" solutions to rework loans and find a path to \"Yes\" while maintaining quality standards.

Working Conditions
