Cotality is seeking a friendly and professional Contact Center Customer Care Associate to join our Irving, TX-based team. You will handle inbound mortgage escrow and tax inquiries, document conversations, and use multiple systems to provide accurate, timely solutions while upholding service standards.

After training, you’ll operate in a hybrid model with on-site days and remote work, joining a fast-paced environment that values accuracy, attendance, and customer-centric problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, Google Suite, and client management systems.
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound call inquiries (approx. 22-25 per day) for mortgage escrow and tax questions.
• Identify customer needs, research across multiple portals, and provide accurate solutions.
• Document discussions and use internal tools for next-level resolution.
• Master multiple contact center systems and agent desktops (Salesforce, Cisco Finesse, Zoho Desk, etc.).
• Meet or exceed individual production metrics and quality KPIs.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to attendance and schedule guidelines.
