The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, strong client service, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination or equivalent experience in consultative sales and tailored financial solutions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with professional communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial data, gather required information, and guide clients through the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service and guidance on borrowing and banking options to clients.
• Build and deepen client relationships through meetings and referrals to internal partners.
• Present home lending solutions, assist with mortgage applications, and keep clients informed during the process.
• Manage outreach, pipeline activities, and follow-ups to meet client needs and maximize satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leaders to coach associates on delivering exceptional client experiences.
