Job summary

Bank of America in Millbrae, CA seeks a Credit Solutions Advisor II to provide specialized service and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking. You will build client relationships and present customized solutions to help achieve financial goals.

You must understand mortgage originations, balance sales with risk, and work with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. Weekend hours may be required; SAFE Act compliance is noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement is High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mortgage origination or equivalent consultative sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, ethics and regulatory diligence required.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of client’s life plan
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
• Analyzes the client’s financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend financial services that best align with the client’s priorities
• Presents potential home lending product solutions, submits the mortgage application, assists clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeps clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process
• Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts follow-up routines to meet client needs
• Responds to client requests and makes referrals to internal partners based on client needs
• Partners with financial center leaders and market leaders to provide guidance and coaching regarding delivery of an exceptional client experience
