NEW FED MORTGAGE CORP in Danvers, MA is seeking a Loan Set Up Coordinator to support the loan lifecycle. This entry-level role helps ensure files are organized and that communications with loan officers, processors, and production partners keep loans moving efficiently and compliantly.

The position offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour, full-time daytime hours, and benefits eligibility after a qualifying period. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with TRID or mortgage terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order and track appraisals, title commitments, flood certifications, FHA Case Numbers, VA Certificates of Eligibility, and other loan-level verification.
• Prepare and deliver TRID-compliant initial disclosures within regulatory timelines.
• Track outstanding items and follow up with vendors and internal teams.
