Summary:

Provide quality, accurate and timely service to mortgage staff and establish and maintain relationships with secondary market investors. Protects the financial risk management and maximize profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages risk pricing of loans in pipeline; process investor commitments; monitor rate fluctuations in marketplace and advise management of significant changes.
• Manages and monitors hedge performance by reviewing reports to mitigate risk while providing accurate data.
• Complies with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines.
• Establishes and maintains secondary market investor relations by hosting and attending meetings.
• Oversees new loan product releases.
• Retrieves investor rates, publish and distributes rate sheets on daily basis.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

1. Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 0-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
