  • You know the industry. You’ve built long-standing relationships with high-performing loan officers, and you know how to move talent.
  • Source & engage experienced loan officers across the country (retail, wholesale, bank, broker, and IMB channels)
  • Leverage your relationships and referral network to generate warm leads and high-value conversations
  • Consultative recruiting — align loan officers with our unique value proposition and competitive platform
  • Drive recruitment campaigns across targeted markets and branches
  • Track performance and build a strong recruitment funnel that converts into real production
