Responsibilities
- You know the industry. You’ve built long-standing relationships with high-performing loan officers, and you know how to move talent.
- Source & engage experienced loan officers across the country (retail, wholesale, bank, broker, and IMB channels)
- Leverage your relationships and referral network to generate warm leads and high-value conversations
- Consultative recruiting — align loan officers with our unique value proposition and competitive platform
- Drive recruitment campaigns across targeted markets and branches
- Track performance and build a strong recruitment funnel that converts into real production

Qualifications
- A strong personal brand and a proven network within mortgage banking
- 5+ years recruiting licensed loan officers (retail, bank, broker, or IMB)
- You’ve got a book of business, and you’re not afraid to use it
- Sharp communication skills and a sales-first mindset — you know how to close talent
- A track record of hiring top producers who perform and stick
- You’re highly autonomous, but love being part of a growth-focused team
Compensation
$175,000 per year
