Job Title: Mortgage Relief Case Manager

Location: Remote (USA Only)

Compensation: $500 USD per approved case | Weekly payouts | Commission-based

About the Role:

We are hiring a remote Case Manager to handle sensitive client files and lender communications. Your core responsibility will be to manage mortgage relief cases from start to finish, ensuring timely submission, lender follow-up, and client coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client files and keep detailed documentation in our internal system
  • Communicate with clients to collect documents, verify case information, and set expectations
  • Contact banks, credit unions, and other lenders to submit and follow up on formal case requests
  • Escalate cases when necessary and handle objections professionally
  • Maintain clear records of all communication and progress for each file
  • Respond to case updates and assignments within 24 hours

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a client-facing or case management role (financial services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage 5–10 active files at once
  • Comfortable speaking with lenders and law firms
  • Self-motivated with high attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy: experience with CRMs, Google Drive, basic document handling

Compensation:

$500 USD commission per approved case. Weekly payouts every Friday. No cap on earnings.
