Lennar Mortgage LLC is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to monitor and guide compliance with federal, state, and agency rules. The role supports development of policies and procedures and prepares for audits and licensing reviews.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mortgage regulatory compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and FrontPage. The position emphasizes teamwork and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of mortgage regulatory compliance experience.
• Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and FrontPage.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in marketing/advertising review to ensure compliance with TILA regulations.
• Possess advanced problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently on multiple interrelated and non-related projects.
• Interact with Company associates.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Requirements

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in mortgage regulatory compliance and investor guideline experience.
• Familiarity with NMLS licensing requirements, rules and procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and FrontPage experience required.
• Detailed professional with strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, utilizing multi-tasking skills.
• Organizational skills required; meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
• Be a proven team player that can work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment with all levels of management.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
