Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a high-performing Loan Officer ready to step into leadership while staying productive. You’ll lead a team, provide mentorship, and recruit top talent, all while continuing to originate and grow the business.

This non-traditional management path focuses on sales leadership, culture, and P&L-driven growth, with dedicated operational support and a structure designed to scale your impact beyond your personal book of business.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Leadership driven by sales achievement, team development, training and growth.

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level.
• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
