Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a high‑performing loan originator who can step into leadership without sacrificing production. This Mortgage Regional Manager — Retail Division role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale impact by leading a team while continuing to originate and drive business.

You’ll lead from the front, mentor and coach the sales team, recruit talent, and uphold compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending roles.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and motivate branch personnel.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.

Mortgage Regional Manager — Retail Division

We’re looking for a high-performing Loan Officer who is ready to step into leadership—without giving up production.

This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. Instead, this role is designed for a proven producer who wants to scale their impact by leading a team while staying focused on what they do best: originating and driving business.

What we’re looking for in a leader:

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements.
• You must have extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners to be considered for this position.
• Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of, and committed to, QC compliance.
• Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
• Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g. debits, credits, General Ledgers, etc.)
