Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of current Quality Control Experience.
• Experience in appraisal reviews, income documents, assets, and various loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Review a list of closed, rejected/withdrawn and early payment default loans.
• Ensure compliance with servicing guidelines of FNMA, FHLMC, and FHA.
• Distribute audit results and follow-up on responses with management.
• Order and monitor field audit appraisals and documentation for fraud checks.
• Assist in servicing audits and other miscellaneous projects.
