Spieldenner Financial Group is expanding its team to revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry, helping families protect their incomes and assets while offering personal growth and leadership training.

Day‑to‑Day activities include setting appointments, researching options to fit client needs, meeting families in person or virtually, and handling carrier follow-ups to finalize underwriting. We offer uncapped commissions and a structured bonus program for performance.

Qualifications

• Entry-level accepted; coachable individuals with a growth mindset are sought.
• Passion for helping people is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments 6–8 hours per week to discuss mortgage protection options with potential clients.
• Conduct research 4–5 hours per week to tailor options to client needs.
• Meet with families 2 days per week, virtually or in person, to present plans and assist with applications.
• Handle administrative tasks, including following up with carriers to move applications through underwriting.
