CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is hiring a Product Development Analyst to support research, development, implementation, and monitoring of agency and affordable housing mortgage products. You will communicate product updates to sales and internal support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mortgage banking industry.
• Knowledge of the mortgage lending process including guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, Non-Conforming and affordable housing programs.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact with private investors, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, USDA, and affordable housing agencies regarding new product rollout(s).
• Coordinate the creation of, and updates to, Loan Origination System templates and internal procedures.
• Maintain existing investor relationships and build new investor relationships through regular guideline reviews and direct communication.
