Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage loan processing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stack mortgage loan files for applicable loan types.
• Review and validate loan files for completeness to cure deficiencies.
• Prepare assignments and update funding information.
• Validate HMDA information.
• Cure deficiencies on loan files; analyze deficiency for accuracy; determine if documentation to cure exists.
• Track and deliver completed loan files to investors.
