• Coordinate intake of loans after closings.
• Coordinate MERS transfers.
• Coordinate delivery of loans to investors.
• Coordinate clearing of investor purchase conditions.
• Clear post-funding conditions (title policies, mortgages, insurance).
• Monitor loans Held for Sale balance.
• Report material deficiencies and coordinate refinances.
• Supervise the Post Close department staff.

Mortgage Post Closing Manager

Position Purpose:

Manage post close and facilitate the sale of mortgage loans to the secondary market and assist with the Bank’s regulatory reporting process.

• Monitor loans Held for Sale balance.
• Report material deficiencies to management, and coordinate refinances of unsellable loans.
• Supervise the work conduct of employees in the Post Close department.
