GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform property inspections on mortgage files nationwide. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible schedules, part-time or full-time options, and weekly pay.

Inspectors travel locally, operate independently, and use a mobile app to submit reports. No licenses required, but a valid driver's license and insured vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with inspectors and coordinators.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to navigate neighborhoods and document findings clearly.
• Experience with mobile reporting apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for mortgage files.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition for reports.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status as needed.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

Your role as a Mortgage Field Inspector

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgageloans
• Determineoccupancy status (occupied or vacant)
• Photograph and document property condition
