Job summary

Flat Branch Home Loans in Neosho, MO seeks a Loan Officer Assistant to support Senior Mortgage Bankers in residential loan origination. You will help with data processing, document analysis, and submitting client files to Operations while ensuring workflow efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with processing, underwriting, closing, and marketing teams, manage data entry and document labeling in Encompass, and assist with marketing to grow business and relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage loans is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with Flat Branch Operations Staff.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business development.
• Manage data entry, emails, calls, and scheduling for SMBs.
• Facilitate document collection, labeling, and upload into the LOS (Encompass).
• Follow up on critical documents to ensure timely closings.
• Perform credit pulls and run DU/LP and GUS through LOS.
• Schedule appointments and organize business gatherings.
• Enhance relationships with clients and referral partners through marketing materials.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
