Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Loan Processor Assistant in Southlake, TX to support loan processors by reviewing files, ordering documents, and preparing mortgages for underwriting and closing. You will handle documentation reviews, data entry, and liaison with loan officers, title, and mortgage staff while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with knowledge of mortgage policies; strong communication and multitasking skills

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; knowledge of mortgage lending policies preferred.

Responsabilités

Requests and reviews file documentation, including income/employment verifications, bank statements or verifications of deposit and property valuations; opens escrow and title.
Reviews all documentation for completeness and enters data into origination system; uploads documents to paperless file system.
Communicates with loan processor to obtain needed documents and follows up to ensure receipt.
Assists loan processor to gather information to clear underwriting conditions and resolves issues.
Maintains communication with loan officers, processors, closers, title and insurance companies to ensure timely closings.
