Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Service Representative to support the mortgage team and help loans move from application to closing. You’ll assist Mortgage Loan Originators, Processors, Underwriters, and Closers while communicating with members and gathering required documents.
You’ll review files for completeness, manage the loan pipeline, and maintain a professional member experience.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Mortgage Loan Originators, Loan Processors, Underwriters, and Closers to help ensure mortgage loans move smoothly from application through closing. You’ll communicate with members, gather and review documentation, maintain loan files, and help keep the mortgage pipeline on track.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges.
Mortgage Loan Support Rep- $23.50/hr to $28.00/hr
