Description

Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking a Mortgage Loan Signing Agent to work remotely across the U.S.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for notarizing loan documents following established policies and procedures. Supports Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) in notarizing loans for closings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Notarize documents for customers refinancing and purchasing new home loans in your local area.
• Communicate with relevant parties, including third-party services, mortgage loan officers, and borrowers, to meet underwriting conditions.
• Serve as a liaison between MLOs, underwriters, closing agents, and other parties.
• Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: We accept both new and experienced mobile notaries. Paperless processing experience is a plus.
• Skills/Abilities: Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. PC proficient. Knowledge of mortgage processing and home equity products. Must stay current with banking laws and regulations.

Employees may be assigned additional tasks as deemed appropriate by supervisors.

Compensation

$125 to $200 per loan document appointment.
