Lendistry Home Loans, a subsidiary of B.S.D. Capital, Inc., is hiring a Loan Processor to manage a full loan pipeline from initial review through underwriting.

You will coordinate with loan consultants, processing managers, borrowers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Successful candidates have at least five years in mortgage loan processing, strong FHA/VA experience, and DU proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Familiarity with FHA and VA loan products is required.
• Proficiency with Automated Underwriting Systems, including Desktop Underwriter (DU).
• Purchase loan processing experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to identify and obtain all required documentation.
• Communicate with internal partners and borrowers to ensure timely responses.
• Leverage reports to proactively manage loans and prioritize workload.
• Maintain accuracy and currency of loan data in the document management system.
• Meet monthly funding targets while ensuring quality and compliance.
