Qualifications

• 2 Years of Mortgage Loan/TRID experience preferred.
• Experience in Laser Pro and Calyx is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Accuracy and ability to coordinate and prioritize workday efficiently.
• Must be a self-starter, conscientious, and comfortable with detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and close all in-house portfolio and secondary market loans.
• Submit complete file to underwriting with verifications (VOE, rent/mortgage).
• Order and review appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and insurance information.
• Coordinate closings and prepare loan disclosures and closing documents.
• Maintain loan closing log and monitor pipeline for each loan officer.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and HMDA data.
• Process loan proceeds via checks and wires and fund loans.
