Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our remote team. In this role, you'll support Loan Originators and ensure every loan application is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations and company policies. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan application data and documentation
• Input loan information accurately into the loan operating system
• Ensure timely delivery of disclosures and required notices
• Analyze income documents, bank statements, paystubs, and tax returns
• Request and track required documentation per investor and Dodd-Frank Appendix Q guidelines
• Calculate borrower income and liabilities
• Maintain a pipeline of 25+ active loans
• Monitor files for completeness, compliance, and regulatory accuracy
• Communicate clearly and promptly with borrowers, team members, and third-party vendors
• Perform regulatory testing and maintain documentation
• Maintain thorough and organized loan files
• Update internal reports for tracking and compliance monitoring
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Requirements

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA)
• Experience with AUS systems (DU/DO, LP, GUS)
• Proficient in ordering and managing transcripts, VOEs, title, HOI, and fraud reports
• Ability to adhere to all federal/state guidelines and internal procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience working with self-employed borrowers is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift (start time options: 8:00am, 8:30am, or 9:00am)

Compensation

$55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year. Qualified for Processor bonus after 60 days.
