Uloop Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Loan Processor to join our financial services team. You will manage end-to-end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and escrow staff to ensure smooth processing. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate is preferred and in-person work is required at our Miami office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage loan processing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of lending guidelines, underwriting procedures, and mortgage servicing.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems, credit analysis techniques, and mortgage contracts.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently; 10-key typing.
• Excellent organizational and data-entry precision.
• Effective communication with team members, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

Your expertise will support our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while adhering to industry regulations and standards.

• Review and verify all loan documentation, including income, asset, employment, and credit information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Prepare and submit loan packages for underwriting approval, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess borrower financial profiles to determine loan eligibility.
• Ensure adherence to TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, contracts, and other federal or state regulations throughout the process.
• Manage escrow accounts and ensure all necessary documentation related to escrow is accurate and complete.
• Utilize basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency to accurately process financial data and maintain detailed records of each transaction.
