Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience with mortgage loan processing preferred.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans.

• Review and process loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
• Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
• Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process, keeping them informed and confident.
• Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line on time.
