Job summary

Bighorn Law is seeking a Loan Partner 2 to join the Ryan Hoffman Team. You will review loan applications, analyze income, assets, and credit, and issue accurate pre-approvals while guiding borrowers and Realtor partners through the process.

This remote position in the United States requires mortgage expertise, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving to keep pipelines moving and loans closing on time.

Job description

The Loan Partner 2 is a key member of the Ryan Hoffman Team and is responsible for helping move clients from application through closing. This role requires strong mortgage knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems before they become problems.

You'll review loan applications and supporting documents, analyze income, assets, and credit, issue accurate pre-approvals, communicate with borrowers and Realtor partners, and help manage the active loan pipeline. You'll work closely with Ryan, our processing team, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties to keep transactions moving and help ensure loans close on time.

The right person will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Working remotely, Pacific Time Zone hours.
