Job summary

WizeHire, Inc is seeking an experienced Loan Partner 2 to join The Ryan Hoffman Team. The role focuses on moving clients from application through closing with strong mortgage knowledge and top-tier communication.

You will review applications, analyze income/assets/credit, issue pre-approvals, and coordinate with borrowers, Realtors, and processing teams to keep the pipeline moving and ensure timely closings.

Job description

We’re looking for someone who enjoys mortgage lending, wants to keep getting better at their craft, and wants to be part of a team where people work together and hold themselves to a high standard.

The Loan Partner 2 is a key member of the Ryan Hoffman Team and is responsible for helping move clients from application through closing. This role requires strong mortgage knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to solve problems before they become problems.

You’ll review loan applications and supporting documents, analyze income, assets, and credit, issue accurate pre-approvals, communicate with borrowers and Realtor partners, and help manage the active loan pipeline. You’ll work closely with Ryan, our processing team, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties to keep transactions moving and help ensure loans close on time.

This is not a basic administrative position. We’re looking for an experienced mortgage professional who can think through loan scenarios, understand guidelines, identify potential issues early, communicate confidently with clients and partners, and take ownership of getting things done. The goal is to resolve most issues independently while knowing when something needs to be escalated.
