Job summary

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

• Evaluate documents to determine loan programs and suitability.
• Educate clients on loan products, terms, and procedures.
• Submit loan applications to processing for approval and underwriting.
• Maintain accurate loan origination records in the system.
