Texana Bank is seeking a part-time Mortgage Loan Originator Team Lead to originate residential loans and support branch loan production. The role may receive overrides on loans originated by other Mortgage Loan Originators and requires outside sales activity per FLSA rules.

You will interview borrowers, evaluate documents, educate clients on loan products, and collaborate with processors, underwriters and other departments to close loans efficiently.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Valid NMLS license as required by state and federal regulations.
• Mortgage lending or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Originate mortgage loans per guidelines and regulations.
