Job summary

Texana Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator Team Lead in Keller, TX to originate residential loans and support loan production at the branch. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Valid NMLS license as required by state regulations.
• Experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred.

• Familiarity with loan origination systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans following company guidelines and regulations.

• Educate clients on loan products, terms, and procedures.
• Submit applications to processing for approval and underwriting.
• Maintain accurate records in the origination system.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients, processors, and underwriters.

• Keep knowledge of lending policies and industry trends up to date.
