Pay: $96,000 - $324,000+

Compensation:
- Commission-only

Skills & Experience
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NMLS number
- Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance
Experience:
- 0-12 months mortgage origination experience required
- Ability to interact with regional and corporate departments, realtors, sales agents, builders, appraisers, title companies, loan processing teams, and partner account executives
- Strong judgment, decision-making, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to process large data sets using appropriate software
- Familiarity with AU software technology
- Active involvement in community and industry organizations
- Self-starter with proactive communication
- Entrepreneurial spirit in lead development
- Continuous industry knowledge expansion
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Cold calling new clients for purchase or refinance
- Handling 5+ leads daily for purchase and refinance
- Meeting minimum production standards by completing accurate loan applications using Rolph Mortgage's lending partners
- Building and maintaining relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and new home sales reps
- Managing customer interactions from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualification
- Analyzing customer income, assets, investments, and debts
- Recommending suitable loan products based on customer needs
- Servicing existing customers and gathering necessary documentation and fees
- Monitoring loan status and ensuring compliance with terms
- Communicating loan updates and securing post-closing documentation
- Negotiating loan terms with customers
- Staying updated on local real estate trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Maintaining professional standards and company policies
- Performing other duties as assigned
