PRMI is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to drive loan production and partner with real estate agents and builders in the Conroe area. Expect to close more loans through in-house processing and strong product options.

This role emphasizes relationships, performance-based commissions, and opportunities for growth within a 28-year, multi-state lender. Candidates should hold an NMLS license with 1+ years of retail origination experience and bring a track record of generating purchase

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or willingness to build them.
• Interest in purchase business and growth within a lender framework.

Responsibilities

• Close loans efficiently with in-house processing, underwriting and closing teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate partners to generate business.
• Capitalize on a broad product menu to win more deals and earn competitive commissions.
