PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.

On-site, full-time role with base pay $60K–$80K plus commission on funded loans; sign-on bonus available, comprehensive benefits included. You will work with in-house processing, underwriting, and closing teams to speed approvals, build a network of agents or builders, and grow a purchase-focused book of business across the region.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
• Established relationships with real estate agents or builders, or ability to build them.
• Interest in purchase business and ability to grow referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Originates residential mortgage loans for purchase transactions.
• Leverages in-house processing and underwriting to close loans quickly.
• Develops relationships with real estate agents and builders.
• Achieves sales targets and participates in branch growth.
