You will explain loan products, assist clients through the loan process, and secure partnerships while handling loan applications in line with company requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining mortgage products to partners and clients.
• Ability to secure and maintain partnerships through proactive contact.
• Experience taking loan applications per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, realtors and home builders through direct and indirect contact, outside of primary office location
• Explain the Products to potential partners and clients
• Secure and maintain partnerships with partners and clients through ongoing contact and customer support
• Assist clients in securing a loan by explaining process, lending requirements, available products
• Take loan applications per company and lending requirements
