Job summary

KBHS Home Loans, LLC. is recruiting a Mortgage Loan Originator to build and sustain relationships with home buyers, realtors, and builders. You will explain loan products, assist clients through the loan process, and secure partnerships while handling loan applications in line with company requirements.

This role emphasizes customer-centric service, collaboration with builders and partners, and a proactive approach to growing mortgage opportunities across our network.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining mortgage products to partners and clients.
• Ability to secure and maintain partnerships through proactive contact.
• Experience taking loan applications per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, realtors and home builders through direct and indirect contact, outside of primary office location
• Explain the Products to potential partners and clients

Job Description Summary:

We are committed to providing a competitive and equitable total rewards package. The compensation for this role is designed to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The expected base salary range for this position is [$14.70 Minimum Amount] to [$17.57 Maximum Amount] annually or hourly.
