Qualifications

• Active NMLS# required.
• At least 1 year experience with VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans.
• Familiar with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, and VHDA underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Originate Mortgage loans in compliance with policy.
• Interview and pre-qualify customers.
• Manage loan pipeline and status.
