Job summary

Leadling is expanding a nationwide platform for experienced Mortgage Loan Officers who want more control, flexibility, and earning potential. You’ll operate as a self-driven producer with access to 300+ lending options, flexible pricing, and the ability to build business across multiple states.

You’ll leverage Leadling’s growth platform to manage pipelines, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, and attract new referral partners.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience.
• Self-sourced producers.
• Experience maintaining relationships with realtors and referral sources.
• Holds an active NMLS registration.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus.

You’ll have the flexibility to build your business your way, with the support and infrastructure of a national platform behind you. You’ll also have access to Leadling, our business-growth platform designed to help Loan Officers manage their pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, automate follow-up, market their business, and attract new referral partners.

Ideal Candidates

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan officer
• Self-sourced producers
• Professionals with experience maintaining relationships with realtors and other referral sources
• Holds an active NMLS registration
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus
